Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth across our portfolio of high-quality medical and industrial equipment and software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good Organization Skills: Able to arrange and allocate time properly when meeting customers
  • Product Knowledge: Understand and possess good knowledge of the company's medical equipment and consumables (training will be provided)

· A strong understanding of healthcare technology, medical products and clinical environment is a plus.

· Customer and goal-oriented.

· Good communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

· Flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good command of written and spoken English.

· Dedicated to learning, open and adaptable to new scientific concepts.

  • Must possess own car, valid driving license and willing to travel outstation

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, iOS and Android Apps, medical software, medical devices or other related fields will be considered.

Responsibilities

Sales and business development:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territory or market segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals
  • Promote and sell medial products to healthcare providers, ensuring they understand product features and benefits
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives

Product knowledge and demonstrations:

  • Possess knowledge of the products being sold, including features, benefits and downsides
  • Answering questions, addressing concerns and provide technical support to medical staffs on how to use products properly

Market research and reporting:

  • Monitor competitors and industry trends/needs to identify market opportunities
  • Arrange appointments daily and execute strategies
  • Report on sales activities, customer feedback and product performance to management

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
