Sr Business Analyst
Job Description
  • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between product owners, developers, QA testers, and regional or local stakeholders.
  • Process Mapping: Analyze existing workflows, documenting "as-is" and "to-be" processes to identify areas for optimization.
  • Quality Assurance \& Testing: Support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and resolving requirement ambiguities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines, internal risk management policies, and global financial standards.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
