Business Development
- Identify and develop new ERP business opportunities across Bahrain and the GCC.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, strategic partnerships, digital channels, and direct prospecting.
- Identify opportunities within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, trading, retail, construction, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
- Research prospective clients and understand their business operations.
Sales Management
- Manage the complete enterprise sales lifecycle.
- Conduct introductory meetings and discovery discussions.
- Understand customer pain points and business objectives.
- Qualify opportunities based on customer requirements, budget, decision-making process, and implementation timeline.
- Develop account strategies for key enterprise customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build relationships with C-Level Executives, Business Owners, CFOs, CIOs, Finance Managers, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Procurement Managers, and IT Managers.
- Maintain regular engagement with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Presales Coordination
- Coordinate with ERP Solution Consultants during discovery workshops.
- Participate in customer demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals.
- Support contract negotiations.
- Ensure customer expectations are managed throughout the sales cycle.
Market Development
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and business forums.
- Develop relationships with strategic partners and industry associations.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Identify new vertical markets for business expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA will be an advantage.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, or Digital Transformation Solutions.
- Proven experience selling ERP or enterprise business solutions.
- Experience managing medium to large enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience working with manufacturing, distribution, logistics, trading, retail, or industrial organizations is preferred.
