Business Development Specialist – BIM Services \& Outsourcing (GCC Focus)Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Specialist to expand our BIM (Building Information Modeling) services and outsourcing solutions across the GCC region, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the Architecture, Engineering \& Construction (AEC) industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across GCC countries (Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain)
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, online platforms, and industry connections
- Promote BIM services including BIM modeling, coordination, 4D/5D BIM, CAD drafting, and outsourcing solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and real estate developers
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and prepare tailored proposals
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical BIM teams for project delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on sales pipeline and performance
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the GCC construction sector
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in BIM, CAD, or AEC outsourcing services
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and construction industry practices
- Proven experience in GCC market (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Ability to independently manage sales cycles from lead generation to closure
- Strong target orientation and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM tools and Eurostaffs sales prospecting is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Existing network in GCC construction / AEC industry
- Experience selling BIM services internationally
- Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD outsourcing services
- Strong Eurostaffs outreach and digital business development skills
