Job Title: Business Development Executive – BIM Projects \& Manpower Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities for BIM (Building Information Modeling) projects and technical manpower services across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will develop strong client relationships, generate qualified leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and work closely with project delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for BIM consulting, BIM modeling, BIM coordination, and engineering services within the GCC market.
- Promote and market technical manpower supply services, including BIM Modelers, BIM Coordinators, BIM Engineers, CAD Draftsmen, Architects, Structural Engineers, and MEP Engineers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government organizations.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client meetings, referrals, and industry events.
- Prepare presentations, technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Coordinate with recruitment and project delivery teams to ensure timely mobilization of manpower and successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects in the GCC.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM with customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Follow up on payments, contract renewals, and long-term client relationships.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and business networking events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in BIM services, engineering consultancy, construction, or technical manpower recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of BIM services (Revit, Navisworks, BIM Coordination, Scan-to-BIM, Clash Detection, etc.).
- Good understanding of GCC construction industry practices and manpower outsourcing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid GCC driving license is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across GCC countries when required.
