JBT Marel is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey . In this role, you will be at the heart of our aftermarket operations, ensuring spare parts requests are handled efficiently and customers receive timely and accurate support.
You will work closely with internal teams including Customer Support, Service, and Supply Chain, playing a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer journey and high service levels.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and process spare parts requests, including quotations, orders, returns, and delivery inquiries
- Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotations, ensuring timely conversion to orders
- Track all requests through to completion, ensuring clear communication with customers and internal teams
- Coordinate with supply chain teams on availability, delivery timelines, and potential delays
- Ensure all customs procedures are followed to guarantee smooth and timely delivery to customers
- Support forecasting and demand planning by providing accurate spare parts data and insights
- Prepare spare parts kits for planned maintenance activities in collaboration with service teams

Experience \& Education

Background in business administration, logistics, customer service, or a related field
- Experience working with spare parts, supply chain, or service environments is preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems and order management processes
- Understanding of warehousing, logistics, and global supply chain processes
- Experience working to deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Turkish language skills are required
- Experience in international and multicultural environments is an advantage
