In this role, you will support the execution of the hotel’s PR, communications, and marketing strategy, assisting with storytelling, media relations, and brand visibility initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop content, coordinate media and influencer experiences, and help ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to a detail-oriented and creative professional with a passion for hospitality, communications, and brand management.
What You Will Do
Public Relations \& Communications
Represent the hotel at local events and proactively identify partnership opportunities aligned with the brand. Brand Management \& Content
Ensure brand standards and visual identity guidelines are consistently applied across all hotel outlets and materials.
Support commercial teams (Sales, Catering, Reservations) by ensuring all external materials align with brand positioning. Social Media
Support day-to-day management of social media channels across hotel outlets, ensuring engaging and on-brand content.
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to a data-driven content strategy. Digital \& Website
Support the management of the hotel’s digital presence, ensuring consistency across all online and offline channels.
Collaborate with operations to promote digital tools, guest engagement, and data capture (e.g., app adoption, guest reviews). What You Bring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field. W hat we offer
