As a Service Business Development Specialist, your mission is to [ to support Service Business Development manager focusing on the development and growth of the service business in Taiwan in terms of key service business projects, revenues, profitability and the growth of Vacuum Semiconductor Service division in order to ensure the success of service business development for Edwards Taiwan ]. You will report to [Business Development Manager].
Analyze service market trends and demand to develop business strategies with internal stakeholders, establishing shared objectives. Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate resources and meet business goals on time. Identify growth opportunities by exploring new segments in designated territories. Create and finalize commercial agreements with Sales, Service, and internal teams to manage customer decision-makers and exceed annual targets. Partner with local sales and service teams to lead projects and initiatives for business success. Support the Business Development Manager in mobilizing headquarters resources for execution. Maintain competitive profiles and monitor market trends. Apply company policies locally to ensure strategy deployment. Report on service activities and provide business insights to management. Communicate customer needs effectively. Perform additional tasks assigned by your manager.
