About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant/Cashier to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product enquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and merchandising stock deliveries.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times.
• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal displays.
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets.

About You

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with customers.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays if required.
