Hours: Start Immediately

Position: Saturday and Sunday 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

As a cultural bridge for K-fashion and lifestyle, ALAND plays a key role in introducing Korean designer brands to a global audience, attracting attention from trendsetters and K-pop fans alike.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a dedicated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at the Brooklyn location. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about Korean fashion and eager to provide a unique shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of ALAND’s product offerings and brand story
• Ensure store visual standards are consistently met
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Restock merchandise and maintain overall store cleanliness
• Support team in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fashion, especially Korean and streetwear styles, skin care, and food
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay: $19.00 per hour
