English Rabbit is a luxury children’s boutique located in the heart of Beverly Hills. We specialize in designer fashion, premium European childrenswear, and beautifully curated essentials for newborns through teens. Our boutique is built around exceptional customer service and creating a truly personalized shopping experience for every client.
We’re looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate / Stylist to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves staying busy, and enjoys being part of a hardworking, supportive team.

-Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) is required.
Responsibilities
-Welcome customers and provide an elevated shopping experience.
-Build genuine relationships with clients and provide personalized styling recommendations.
-Confidently sell and upsell merchandise while exceeding customer expectations.
-Process new merchandise, including steaming, tagging, and merchandising.
-Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor and back stock.
-Assist with cashier duties, returns, exchanges, and inventory procedures.
-Help maintain visual merchandising displays.
-Work as part of a team while also taking initiative and staying productive without constant direction.
-Be flexible and willing to help wherever needed to support the business.
Qualifications
-Customer service experience required; retail sales experience preferred.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Luxury retail or boutique experience is a plus.
-Lightspeed POS experience is a plus.
