The Opportunity
This position works at Ankara location in the In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.
Role Purpose
Drive sales performance, market share growth, and sustainable business expansion within the assigned region.
Identify strategic opportunities, develop action plans, and ensure effective execution to deliver commercial objectives.
Demonstrate results-oriented leadership that contributes directly to the organization’s overall business goals.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales \& Business Performance Management
- Own regional sales targets, product-level revenue, and market share performance.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline visibility, and overall sales performance.
- Drive profitable business development and new account acquisition.
- Analyze sales data and translate insights into concrete commercial actions.
- Develop strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Position products and solutions based on customer needs through a value-based selling approach.
- Effectively manage the distributor network to strengthen regional sales performance.
- Monitor and improve distributor performance through clearly defined KPIs.

Develop and implement aligned action plans with distributors in line with commercial priorities and objectives.
2. Strategic Account \& Market Management

Develop and execute account-based action plans to maximize business opportunities.
- Manage complex sales processes, including tenders, committees, and other institutional decision pathways.
- Closely monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and pricing developments.

Align diverse stakeholders effectively and contribute to decision-making processes that support business growth.
3. Leadership \& Team Management

Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams aligned with strategic objectives.
- Drive a performance culture through clear KPIs, regular feedback, and accountability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or experience equivalent.
- Strong experience in the medical device industry, preferably in Electrophysiology (EP) / Cardiology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Manager role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Strong results orientation and commercial ownership mindset.
- High adaptability and learning agility.
- Residing in Ankara.
