Real Estate Photographer/Videographer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer \& Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and experience in capturing stunning imagery and footage of properties.

Responsibilities:

Photography:

• Capture high-quality images of residential and commercial properties, both interior and exterior.
• Ensure photos are well-lit, well-composed, and showcase the property’s best features.
• Flying drones

Videography:

• Create engaging property videos, including walkthroughs, drone footage, and virtual tours.
• Flying drones

Collaboration:

• Work closely with real estate agents and property owners to understand their vision and requirements.

Equipment Management:

• Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Travel:

• Travel to various property locations to perform shoots.
• Be flexible with schedules, including availability for shoots on weekends and evenings as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a real estate photographer and videographer.
• Proficiency in using professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and other equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

• FAA Part 107 certification for commercial drone operation.

**Our team will provide the necessary training so that the company's standard can be replicated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
