Lead Videographer + Real Estate Media Photographer
Location: Wenatchee, Washington + Surrounding Areas
Type: Part-Time (20 Hours Per Week) with Path to Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $2,000/Month
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Lead Videographer + Real Estate Media Photographer to help take filming and production responsibilities off the owner's plate while becoming a key part of a growing real estate media company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational side of content production. You'll be responsible for filming properties, capturing photos and drone footage, directing clients on camera, organizing media, quality-checking edits, and helping ensure clients receive an exceptional experience.
We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to operate a camera.
We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to grow with a company long-term.
This position starts part-time but has a clear path to additional hours and full-time opportunities as the business continues to grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Production \& Filming
- Film real estate properties, listing videos, and promotional content
- Film talking-head videos, social media reels, and short-form content for business clients
- Capture professional real estate photography
- Capture drone footage (or be willing to learn)
- Direct clients on camera and help them feel confident during filming
- Guide clients through scripts, interview questions, and talking points
- Cover client shoots when the owner is unavailable
- Assist with recurring retainer client productions
- Operate company-provided camera gear
- Maintain high visual and technical standards on every shoot
Production Management
- Organize and upload footage after shoots
- Maintain clean project organization and file structures
- Communicate with editors regarding project needs
- Review edited videos before delivery
- Ensure all content meets company quality standards
- Provide feedback and revisions when necessary
Content Support
- Assist with script creation using AI tools and prompts
- Write captions and video titles
- Create basic thumbnails for videos and social media content
- Schedule approved content through our publishing platform
- Help keep projects moving smoothly from shoot to delivery
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Property shoots are completed professionally and on schedule
- Clients feel comfortable and confident during filming
- Footage is consistently organized and uploaded correctly
- Editors receive clean footage and clear instructions
- Videos are quality checked before delivery
- Retainer client shoots are covered successfully
- Projects move smoothly from filming to final delivery
- The owner spends less time filming and more time growing the business

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
- 1–3+ years of videography, photography, or content production experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable directing people on camera

- Willingness to travel throughout the Wenatchee area and surrounding communities
