Every successful property development project has a finance professional who ensures every number tells the right story. We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and fund performance for a growing property development business.
As the Finance Manager, you will work closely with management to monitor project and fund performance, prepare accurate financial reports, manage budgets and cash flow, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders to strengthen financial governance while supporting long term business growth.

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) is preferred
- 5–7 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in private funds, investment entities, fund administration, or property development
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Experience using financial software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and organisational skills
- Hands on, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a lean, high accountability environment
- Experience working within property development companies
- Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports
- Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful business insights
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items
- Oversee accounting processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Manage corporate tax, SST/GST submissions, and liaise with tax advisors
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and identify risks and opportunities
- Coordinate external audits and review statutory financial statements
- Manage treasury functions, capital calls, financing documentation, and fund liquidity
- Develop and improve finance policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies and strengthen governance frameworks
- Support management with financial analysis for business and investment decisions
Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
