Raccoon AI is an emerging generative AI chatbot solutions provider, helping e-commerce and online platform businesses automate customer service messaging. Our proprietary AI engine instantly resolves 50–80% of online conversations, significantly reducing customer service workload while improving customer experience, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.

【About the Role】

This is a key role in our overseas expansion. You'll represent Raccoon AI beyond Taiwan, leading market development abroad by identifying, negotiating, and building strategically valuable partnerships. This role requires flexibility for overseas travel, taking full ownership of the partner lifecycle — from outreach and evaluation to contract signing. Fluent English is essential, as you'll be negotiating with partners and clients and delivering product presentations independently, entirely in English. Beyond strong business and strategic capabilities, you should have a working understanding of product management, able to quickly assess integration and implementation scenarios and clarify requirements on the spot.

【What You'll Do】

  • Lead partnership development across East Asian markets (distributors, agents, technology integration partners) — conducting on-site visits, evaluating and screening potential partners, and owning the full process from negotiating terms to signing contracts
  • Identify product implementation and system integration needs during partner and client discussions, and coordinate with internal Product / Engineering teams to move solutions forward
  • Support the team in maintaining and growing existing overseas client relationships
  • Collaborate with PM, Product, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to drive partner and client onboarding and go-live
  • Gather feedback from overseas markets and partners to inform product direction and business strategy

【What You'll Need】

  • 3+ years work experience in business development, channel / partner management, or solution sales, ideally within the SaaS, AI, tech or e-commerce industry
  • Fluent English, able to negotiate with overseas partners and clients and deliver product presentations independently
  • Working knowledge of product management, with the ability to grasp the technical context of system implementation and integration
  • Strong business negotiation and communication skills, able to clarify client needs and align internal teams on development direction
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive projects independently
  • Foreign nationals must hold valid work authorization in Taiwan (e.g., Employment Gold Card or a resident visa with work rights)

【Nice to Have】

  • Existing overseas (Singapore, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Japan, etc.) channel or client networks
  • Hands-on project management / solution / technical background for deeper involvement in implementation and integration
  • Track record of leading cross-border client implementation projects
