Pharmacist – GDP Responsible Person, GMP Quality Control Responsible

Role Overview:

This role ensures compliance with Good Distribution Practice requirements for medicinal gases in Cluj, coordinates GMP quality control activities across the production flow, and supports the implementation and maintenance of the food safety management system.

Qualifications for success

• University degree in Pharmacy
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field.
• Qualified Person Certification is an advantage.
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises compliance with Good Distribution Practice requirements for medicinal gases, including reception, storage, handling, order preparation and distribution activities.
• Ensures traceability, data integrity and accuracy of records, customer qualification, complaint handling and product recall readiness and continuous training for personnel involved.
• Coordinates GMP Quality Control activities, including testing of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products, documentation review, deviation investigations, change control, validation activities and CAPA implementation.
• Contributes to internal and external audits, inspections, risk assessments, training programs and continuous improvement of the quality management and food safety systems.
• Coordinates food safety management system documentation and HACCP activities, ensuring compliance with internal company requirements.
