The Objective:

Seam Track Solutions is a fast-growing commercial enterprise providing specialized digital asset optimization, system integrations, and supply chain tracking technologies across the region. Operating from our executive offices in the Muttrah Business Tower, we are recruiting a Financial Controller to command our accounting infrastructure, fiscal reporting, and internal governance frameworks. This is a crucial leadership position where you will take ownership of the balance sheet, streamline regional tax structures, and install rigorous cost-control mechanisms to optimize our corporate margins during this phase of high-volume market expansion.

Key Deliverables:

• Govern the production of corporate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with IFRS standards.
• Oversee all daily accounting mechanics, revenue recognition frameworks, accounts payable/receivable cycles, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Architect robust internal control systems to protect financial data integrity, mitigate corporate fraud risks, and streamline external audits.
• Manage tax strategy, processing statutory corporate filings and ensuring flawless alignment with Oman Tax Authority regulations and VAT mandates.
• Provide real-time variance analysis and capital expenditure reviews, translating complex balances into actionable financial intelligence for the executive board.

The Professional Profile:

• Between 7 to 11 years of progressive financial management, corporate accounting, or fiscal controller experience, preferably within a fast-moving technology, commercial logistics, or enterprise software company.
• Expert knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), automated accounting integrations, and corporate governance blueprints.
• High proficiency in utilizing enterprise-grade ERP accounting platforms alongside advanced fiscal data modeling.
• A university degree in Accounting or Finance, backed by mandatory professional designations such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.

We offer a flat, all-inclusive monthly payout of OMR 2,600, which consolidates your base remuneration, local housing provisions in Muscat, and transit allowances into a single stream.
