At KT-Operations, efficiency is our craft, and execution is our obsession. We design, optimise, and manage robust operational workflows that keep businesses agile and scaling. Based on the 21st floor of the iconic One Canada Square in Canary Wharf, we work right at the beating heart of London’s business capital. We pride ourselves on a high-energy, ambitious, and deeply collaborative workplace culture.

- Project Facilitation: Tracking internal project milestones, managing timelines, and keeping teams accountable to critical deadlines.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinating team schedules, office logistics, and internal resources to support shifting business priorities.
- Data \& Analytics: Compiling daily operational reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying areas for process improvement.
Who You Are (The Requirements)
We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and brings both precision and critical thinking to the table. Our ideal candidate has:
- Proven Experience: 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, project assistance, or a high-level corporate administrative role.
- Communication Excellence: Flawless written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate professionally with executives and international stakeholders.
- Tech Literacy: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and Teams) and hands-on experience with project management suites (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp, or Asana).
- The Proactive Edge: Exceptional time-management skills, sharp problem-solving instincts, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Commute: Must be based in or within easy commuting distance of Canary Wharf, London, and excited to work from our high-rise office.
What’s In It For You?"We don't just optimize businesses—we accelerate the careers of the people who run them."
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 – £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- World-Class Workspace: A modern, high-spec office in One Canada Square, offering panoramic views of London and premium workplace amenities.
