An Experienced IT Operations Lead is a senior technology leader responsible for the operational performance, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of an organization's IT environment. The role typically leads infrastructure, cloud services, service desk operations, cybersecurity processes, vendors, and IT staff while aligning technology services with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery teams.
Ensure high availability and performance of business-critical systems.
Manage incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
Oversee cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoints, and network services.
Drive cybersecurity operations, patch management, monitoring, and access controls.
Manage third-party vendors, managed service providers, and technology contracts.
Develop operational KPIs, SLAs, and service improvement plans.
Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and implement corrective actions.
Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk management programs.
Coach and mentor engineers, administrators, and service desk staff.
Provide strategic technology recommendations to senior leadership.
Pay: $9,200.00 – $11,700.00 per month
