Job Description

Metlifecare is redefining retirement living, creating vibrant communities where people genuinely feel at home. We’re now looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing Operations to lead performance marketing, digital strategy, CRM, and campaign delivery across our portfolio of villages.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role where you will blend strategic thinking with commercial execution to drive growth, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

The Role:

Reporting to the Chief Sales \& Marketing Officer, this position will lead demand generation, campaign execution, digital performance, and marketing systems across Metlifecare. This includes delivering marketing activity that supports both the Metlifecare master brand and the effective promotion of individual villages within a branded house of villages model.

This position will suit a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives on combining customer insight, data, technology, and creativity to deliver measurable impact.

Key areas of responsibilities:

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads and occupancy growth
  • Oversee digital channels including paid media, website, SEO/SEM, email, and social
  • Optimise customer journeys, lead conversion, and marketing ROI
  • Own CRM, marketing automation, and customer nurture strategies
  • Drive data-led marketing performance and reporting
  • Lead marketing operations, budgets, systems, and agency management
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing operations team
  • Partner closely with sales, brand, and village teams to align marketing activity with business goals

About you:

You will be a commercially minded marketing leader with strong experience across digital marketing, customer engagement, and marketing operations in complex, customer-focused environments, including:

  • Significant senior marketing leadership experience
  • Expertise across digital marketing, CRM, automation, and campaign delivery
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive growth and ROI
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with strong customer and brand focus
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and strategic leadership capability
  • Experience within property, retirement living, healthcare, or multi-site consumer businesses will be highly regarded.
