This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing and friendly recruitment team on a fixed term contract until the end of November 2026.

As our new Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role supporting recruitment processes across the organisation from inbox and interview coordination to entering data and assisting with advertising.

Based in Tauranga, our Talent Acquisition team is part of the wider People \& Culture group at Bay of Plenty Hauora a Toi. About you

You are a motivated and confident administrator who enjoys tasks, connecting with people, and keeping things organised. Whether you are already in recruitment or looking to step into the space, this role will suit someone with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to learning.

What you will bring:

  • Prior experience in administration, recruitment, or HR coordination
  • A proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organised under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A positive team spirit and strong relationship building skills
  • A genuine interest in recruitment and supporting others
