MEP FOREMAN

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced MEP Foreman to oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) on construction sites.
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily site activities and manpower deployment.
• Ensure MEP works are carried out according to construction drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Liaise with civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure seamless coordination of work.
• Monitor site progress, identify delays, and work with the project team to resolve issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Manage site materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as MEP Foreman in the construction industry (QATAR experience preferred).
• Proven experience in supervising MEP installations on building construction sites
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and technical standards.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP construction drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with other trades and ensure smooth workflow.
• Bachelor or technical certificate in MEP-related field; trade license is an advantage.
• Qatar Driving license is preferred
