Are you passionate about marketing and technology? Ready to take on exciting challenges in the dynamic real estate industry? We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to bring creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm to our team at Zerin Properties!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan and execute web, email, social media, and advertising campaigns related to real estate.
• Design, build, and maintain an engaging social media presence.
• Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, aligning them with ROI and KPI goals.
• Create captivating content for newsletters, press releases, brochures, and more.
• Collaborate with real estate agents to develop impactful marketing campaigns.
• Organize and execute marketing and non-marketing events.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Manage certifications, accreditations, and licenses to keep us ahead of the game.
• Provide day-to-day support to real estate agents.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or Real Estate Management.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with a knack for storytelling and editing.
• A self-starter with strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in Content Management Systems (preferred).
• Bonus: A background in real estate marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
