A Day in the Life
We are seeking a dynamic E-Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team in Taipei. You will be instrumental in developing and executing the brand's digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Brand E-commerce \& Performance Analysis: You will manage the brand’s own e-commerce platforms, analyzing performance data and key metrics to optimize the consumer journey, drive online sales growth, and maximize ROI.
- E-KA Channel Strategy: You will develop and execute bespoke digital marketing strategies for our e-Key Account (E-KA) channels, acting as a key marketing advisor to drive growth and strengthen brand presence within L'Oréal's own e-commerce ecosystem.
- Digital Ecosystem Growth: You will identify new trends and opportunities across the entire digital landscape (brand site, social, and E-KA) to propose innovative initiatives that keep Kiehl's at the forefront of the market.
We Are Looking For

- Over 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods industry or online pure players.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Business proficiency in English.
