POSITION DESCRIPTION

The OM plays a very integral and critical role at Burn Boot Camp. They are responsible for working with the team to maximize the client experience and facilitating day-to-day activities, as well as managing and executing many operational efficiencies and functions. They also work with the team to maximize category sales and the growth of our member base. There is a strong focus on full facility operations, managing data input and execution of all software systems, communicating strategies with the Franchise Partner, and fostering the growth of the community in the gym.

The OM is the liaison between the Franchise Partner and the gym. Strategy, attention to detail, organization, and follow-through are very important for this role to succeed. Given the importance of this position, the OM is required to have all time off requests approved and covered within 48 hours of the time off. It should be noted that with the focus on full facility operations for this position, being a team player and helping where needed (i.e., with other positions, facility cleaning and maintenance, etc.) are critical to this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
