About the Role
We’re looking for an Investment Operations Manager to support and strengthen our day-to-day investment operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of client accounts—from onboarding to ongoing servicing—while helping improve processes as we grow.

What You’ll Do
- Manage investment account onboarding, including brokerage and advisory account setup
- Handle all investment-related service requests, including one-off transactions and account
maintenance
- Execute securities trading activities, including trade ticket processing and coordination with the
Trade Desk
- Support direct-to-fund trading and individualized transactions based on client needs
- Process and manage variable annuity applications and servicing
- Administer retirement accounts, including 401(k) and SIMPLE IRA plan setup and participant enrollments
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all operational processes
- Stay current on financial regulations and implement updates to maintain compliance
- Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver a high-quality service experience
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance
- Strong understanding of investment operations, trading, and account servicing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Licensing \& Certifications
- Series 7 strongly preferred; must be obtained within 6 months of employment (company support provided)
- Series 6 preferred
- Health and Life license required or ability to obtain within 6 months

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
