Insurance & Marketing Governance Assistant Manager

This role is mainly taking insurance agent and compliance officer role under AMEX Taiwan Insurance business also need to handle regular board and shareholder meetings, besides, this role will support AMEX product \& marketing team to ensure internal policies are compliant and data protection mechanism is always in place.

• Valid General Insurance Agent License (產險代理人執照) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry; experience in compliance, governance, risk management, or internal control is preferred.
• Solid understanding of local insurance regulations and the regulatory requirements applicable to financial services businesses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business impacts and manage regulatory and operational priorities independently.
• Experience in customer complaint handling and telemarketing channel oversight is a plus.
• Experience partnering with Compliance, Legal, Risk, MCO, or other governance and control functions is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence decisions across multiple teams.
