Store Manager-Hypermarket Exp -Malayalam Speaker

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing overall hypermarket operations, including sales, inventory, staff management, customer service, compliance, and store profitability while ensuring company standards and SOPs are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across grocery, fresh food, bakery, butchery, non-food, electrical, and cashier departments.

Achieve store sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

Monitor inventory, stock availability, FIFO/FEFO, shrinkage, and wastage control.

Manage staff scheduling, training, performance, and department supervision.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated complaints.

Maintain UAE health, safety, food safety, HACCP, and municipality compliance.

Oversee loss prevention, security, CCTV, and asset protection.

Ensure visual merchandising, planograms, pricing, and store presentation standards.

Manage cash reconciliation, expenses, vendor coordination, and store reports.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for the Area Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a hypermarket/supermarket environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and team management.
• Good understanding of UAE retail standards, food safety, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
