Qualifications * Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a commercial role/customer service role, preferably in the maritime / logistics sector * Very good command of written and spoken Vietnamese \& English * Strong communication skills * Working knowledge of MS Office * Positive attitude * Result driven team player with a proactive attitude * Ability to work under pressure * Goal and deadline driven * Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate one’s self for personal development

Responsibilities * Establish and build client relationships * Evaluate Customer potential, determine opportunities for growth * Encourage use of web tools and web quotations * For selected growth accounts, prepare rate proposals, timely and competitive. * Give feedback on the market including rates, competition activities, market conditions etc to all relevant stakeholders * Follow up on customer business, quotations, freetime * Achieve Core Key Performance indicators * Examine challenges and problems and generate possible solutions
