About the Role

We are partnering with a growing Malaysian consumer brand specializing in premium car fragrances and air fresheners. Combining innovative technology with stylish designs, the company offers long-lasting scent solutions for modern lifestyles and is actively expanding into the Taiwan or Hong Kong markets.

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Digital Marketing Executive based in Taiwan or Hong Kong to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth within your local market. This is a fully remote position and an excellent opportunity for candidates who understand local consumer behavior, social media trends, and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (RED).
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and campaign calendars.

Social Media \& Content Marketing

  • Lead content planning and social media strategy across digital platforms.
  • Create and manage engaging, high-performing, and viral content.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer interests to maximize reach and engagement.

Paid Advertising \& Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI, conversions, and engagement.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively.

Analytics \& Insights

  • Track and analyze key metrics including impressions, CTR, engagement, conversions, and sales performance.
  • Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Influencer \& Partnership Marketing

  • Identify and collaborate with local KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
  • Build partnerships to increase brand exposure and market penetration.
  • Work closely with internal sales and creative teams to achieve business goals.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in branding and campaigns.
  • Support business growth initiatives in Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, automotive accessories, or consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of the Taiwan or Hong Kong consumer market.
  • Hands-on experience managing Facebook, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (RED).
  • Proven track record in creating high-performing content and successful digital campaigns.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience working with KOLs, influencers, and social media collaborations.
  • Creative, analytical, and results-oriented.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
  • Candidates must be based in Taiwan or Hong Kong.

Compensation \& Benefits

Monthly Salary: NT$156,000 – NT$218,400(commensurate with experience)

Working Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5-day work week)

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Malaysia Time)
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Malaysia Time)
