Junior Barista ( VCR cafe)

We are looking for a friendly and passionate Barista to join our team. In this role, you will prepare quality coffee beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks and cold brews
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
• Operate, clean, and maintain coffee equipment
• Ensure the coffee bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cash-handling procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive workplace

Requirements

• A strong interest in coffee and willingness to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
