About the Role

This is a part-time Barista role suited to an experienced professional who can confidently lead the coffee experience on shift. You’ll be trusted to deliver consistently excellent espresso, work efficiently during peak trade, and set the standard for coffee quality and customer interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing high-quality coffee to Columbus standards, every time
• Managing workflow behind the machine during busy periods
• Delivering polished, engaging customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards
• Supporting the wider front-of-house team to keep service flowing

What You’ll Bring

• Strong, proven espresso barista experience (essential)
• Confident dialling in, extracting, and maintaining coffee quality under pressure
• Experience working in busy, high-volume café environments
• Excellent customer engagement — professional, warm, and calm
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic
• Full availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (preferably Friday and Saturday or Sunday)
