Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and motivated intern to support our Human Resources and Administrative functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment support, employee documentation, office management, and HR compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in recruitment activities (posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews)
  • Help onboard new hires (preparing documents, orientation materials)
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases
  • Assist with leave tracking and attendance reports
  • Support employee engagement or training initiatives

Administrative Support:

  • Help manage office supplies and inventory
  • Organize and file documents (physical and digital)
  • Assist with general clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scheduling
  • Provide support in coordinating meetings or events
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Type: Internship

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
