Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and motivated intern to support our Human Resources and Administrative functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment support, employee documentation, office management, and HR compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in recruitment activities (posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews)
- Help onboard new hires (preparing documents, orientation materials)
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Assist with leave tracking and attendance reports
- Support employee engagement or training initiatives
Administrative Support:
- Help manage office supplies and inventory
- Organize and file documents (physical and digital)
- Assist with general clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scheduling
- Provide support in coordinating meetings or events
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
