Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Develop, implement, and administer office policies, procedures, and systems that ensure productive and efficient operations
- Supervise administrative and clerical staff, including assigning workload and monitoring employee performance
- Manage budgets, plan and monitor expenditures, and oversee the operation of office accounts
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Serve as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with internal and external constituencies
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and information management systems
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and oversee procurement of resources
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and government regulations
- Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and special events
- Coordinate the disposition and resolution of problems involving faculty, staff, students, or members of the public
- Oversee facilities to ensure they meet environmental, health, and security standards
- Manage and maintain office equipment and coordinate repair services
- Handle requests for information and data from various stakeholders
- Provide assistance and support to executives in problem solving, project planning, and execution of organizational goals
- Conduct research and analysis on specific issues and prepare non-routine letters or reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Knowledge of office management principles, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple competing demands
- Proficiency in database management, word processing, and spreadsheet software
- Dependability and ability to maintain confidentiality

- Financial management skills and understanding of budget administration

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Associate's degree in office administration or management
- 2+ years of progressive administrative experience
- Experience in budget preparation, fiscal management, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of human resources administration principles and practices
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Experience with database management systems and advanced software applications
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities
- Conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Process improvement and organizational development experience
- Knowledge of contracting and procurement procedures
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance in administrative contexts

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
