Full time Venue Manager - Chipmunks Lyall Bay and Tawa

Chipmunks Tawa \& Lyall Bay are looking for an energetic, reliable and hands-on Venue Manager to help lead our busy family entertainment centres.

This is a full-time management position. Availability to work every weekend is essential for this role.

About the role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the venues, leading the team, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a fun, safe and welcoming environment for families.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing daily venue operations
• Leading and supporting staff
• Staff rostering and training
• Customer service and handling enquiries
• Maintaining high cleaning and safety standards
• Café and party operations oversight
• Opening and closing procedures
• Supporting business growth and smooth operations across both locations

What we are looking for:

• Previous management or supervisor experience in hospitality, retail or entertainment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Reliable, organised and proactive attitude
• Confident working with children and families
• Barista or food handling experience is a bonus
