Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, inventory control, procurement coordination, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, maintain stock accuracy, and support project and maintenance teams with timely material availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store and warehouse
- Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward stock movements
- Supervise store staff and ensure adherence to company procedures
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests when required
- Maintain proper storage conditions for tools, chemicals, and equipment
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and inventory control best practices
- Prepare regular stock and inventory reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management (construction/MEP/pools industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and MS Office (Excel essential)
- Good understanding of construction/pool materials is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From RO400.000 per month
