Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual PR \& Communications strategies aligned with the Foundation’s vision, mission, and programmes.
- Plan integrated campaigns that support fundraising, advocacy, and awareness-building across multiple channels.
- Provide communications input for donor proposals, sponsorship decks, and partnership pitches in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Lead brand positioning efforts, ensuring consistency of voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage all media interactions including press inquiries, interview arrangements, and crisis communication with professionalism and speed.
- Build strong working relationships with journalists, editors, and media partners to secure visibility and media support.
- Oversee the development and approval of all editorial content: press releases, speeches, statements, FAQs, articles, and reports.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and communication strategy for all Foundation events including launches, CSR initiatives, and campaigns
- Coordinate event messaging, media involvement, and brand presentation before, during, and after events.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in PR, media relations, corporate communications, or branding, preferably with NGO or corporate social responsibility exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia’s media landscape, branding strategies, corporate messaging, crisis communication, and basic understanding of digital trends.
- Excellent writing skills across multiple formats including press releases, speeches, social media content, and donor/stakeholder communications.
- Strategic planning skills for communication campaigns, events, and public outreach.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
