Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing operations and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing local and international procurement, supplier relationships, cost optimization, inventory planning, and procurement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and performance.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and ensure competitive purchasing practices.
• Oversee purchase orders, inventory planning, and procurement compliance.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts departments.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide analytical insights to management.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG, food packaging, or trading industries.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational excellence.

Pay: RO400.000 - RO500.000 per month
