About the Role
Are you a motivated and professional administrator with a passion for patient care and high-quality service? As a Frontline Admin Officer within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Outpatient Support Services, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients attending outpatient clinics. Reporting to the Outpatient Coordinator, you'll provide vital frontline support, maintaining confidentiality and delivering consistent, courteous service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and adaptable individual who thrives on variety and independence. You’ll be part of a dedicated team of multi-skilled administrative professionals responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of outpatient administrative services across the network. From managing patient appointments to liaising with clinical staff and maintaining accurate records, your contribution will be essential in supporting positive patient outcomes.
