Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ward management and nursing leaders

Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and correspondence

Maintain accurate patient and departmental records in accordance with hospital policies

Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and data as required

Coordinate communication between departments and healthcare teams

Assist with staffing administration, roster updates, and resource management

Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently

Support quality improvement initiatives and administrative projects

Ensure confidential information is managed with the highest level of professionalism

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or healthcare support

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
