Since October 2025, Customworks Espana has been part of the Malaga Group of companies, headquartered in Scotland, UK. The Finance and Admin assistant will play a key part in efficient day to day running of Customworks Espana, as well as providing regular reporting and information to the UK head office.
Job holder will be responsible for keeping the bookkeeping up to date and in accordance with Spanish Legislation. This includes all tax filings. Month end closing and assist in day to day and ad hoc tasks. Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports. Stock management and placing timely orders. Preparation of documentation for Imports and Exports. Maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 records updated to pass annual audits.
Reporting To
Direct report to General Manager, CWES. Indirect report to Malaga Group Financial Controller.
The job holder will also work as part of a team to implement a new ERP system for Malaga Group.
- Responsible for keeping bookkeeping accurate and up to date.
- Payroll processing for the CWES team.
- Month end closing.
- Prepare KPIs, cash flow, snap shot and other financial reports for General Manager to review within the deadlines.
- Prepare all statistic date on a monthly basis and send within the deadlines.
- Prepare and do all tax filings accurately and within the deadlines.
- Make sure we are compliant with Spanish Legislation together with consultants.
- Stock management and placing orders with suppliers.
- Prepare documents for Import and Export.
- Keep ISO 9001 and 14001 records updated and co-ordinate ISO and customer audits.
- Act as the main representative of CWES on the Malaga Group ERP implementation team, working together with colleagues to ensure a successful implementation.
- Assist General Manager with day to day and ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications and Experience
Experience
- Finished study accounting / bookkeeping / administration.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS office programmes, particularly MS Excel.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Experience of using an ERP system.
