JOB SUMMARY:
Leads the property's commercial and sales strategies. They drive room revenue, manage corporate and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) accounts, and supervise the sales team to hit budget goals in a competitive urban market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Build and run proactive sales action plans targeting local corporate, government, leisure, and event segments.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor the hotel sales team (such as sales managers and executives).
- Revenue Growth: Monitor market trends in , track competitor pricing, and maximize property occupancy and yield.
- Key Account Management: Maintain vital relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
- Budgeting \& Reporting: Forecast revenue performance and report sales metrics to general management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Several years of progressive hotel sales experience, often including prior background as a senior sales manager.
- Education: A diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or marketing.
- Skills: Strong leadership, local market knowledge in , and budgeting capabilities.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
