Content Creator (Miami-Based)

Overview

We are looking for a reliable, creative, and highly organized Content Creator to join our team on a freelance basis.

You will be working directly for AHBC Group, producing content for our agency and our diverse portfolio of clients. While a significant portion of your work will be dedicated to our anchor client in the mobile food truck industry, you will also be required to support other brands and internal agency projects as needed.

This is a recurring monthly contract requiring 8 hours of work per week, including at least one mandatory on-site shoot per week in Miami.

Key Responsibilities
1. On-Site Content Capture (Miami)

• Weekly Shoots: Visit client locations (primarily UFT's manufacturing facility, but potentially other local clients) at least once a week to capture new builds, products, or team activities based on provided briefs.
• Photography: Capture professional-grade photos of projects, products, and lifestyle shots.
• Video Capture: Film high-quality raw footage for social media and long-form platforms.

2. Video Editing \& Post-Production

• Reels/Short-Form: Edit engaging vertical videos (Instagram Reels/TikTok style) for AHBC Group or our clients.
• YouTube Content: Edit high-quality YouTube videos (including B-roll, clean cuts, and audio leveling).
• Podcast Editing: Edit audio/video podcast episodes (trimming, basic color grading, and audio enhancement).

3. Administrative \& Digital Management

• Google Drive Organization: Upload all raw and edited assets within 24 hours of shooting.
• Asset Tracking: Maintain and update our Google Sheet tracker with folder links and metadata.
• Naming Conventions: Follow strict file naming protocols to ensure team-wide accessibility.

Requirements

• Location: Must be physically located in Miami, FL.
• Availability: 8 hours per week (Flexible, but includes 1 on-site shoot per week 2-3h).
• Equipment: Must own a professional camera or a recent iPhone Pro model (with a gimbal) and have access to editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Organization: Must be "tech-savvy" and comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets) and project management tools (Notion).
• No Outsourcing: The contractor must perform the work personally; subcontracting the shoots is strictly prohibited.

Compensation

• Rate: $20 USD / Hour (incl. Up to 1 hour travel time per shoot).
• Schedule: 8 hours per week / Monthly recurring.
