Premiere Pro Editor and Content ideation

Looking for a semi experienced or experienced editor with interest or experience with content ideation.

Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form and short form YouTube videos mostly (5-15min not heavily edited) with a strong focus on viewer retention, education and storytelling.
• Brainstorm and contribute new video ideas, hooks, and content angles.
• Help improve titles, thumbnails, and overall packaging.
• Identify ways to increase engagement, watch time, and audience retention.
• Stay up to date on YouTube trends and continuously bring fresh creative ideas.
