Carpentry Foreman – Joinery Factory

We are looking for an experienced Working Carpentry Foreman to join our joinery factory in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and work alongside a team of carpenters in the factory.

* Read and interpret shop drawings and explain the work requirements to the carpentry team.

* Assign daily tasks and ensure work is carried out according to the shop drawings and production standards.

* Guide and train carpenters on the correct fabrication and assembly methods.

* Ensure high-quality workmanship and resolve production issues on the factory floor.

* Coordinate with the Production Manager to achieve daily production targets.

* Monitor the proper use of woodworking machinery, tools, and materials.

* Maintain a safe and organized working environment.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpentry Foreman in a joinery or woodworking factory.

* Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing doors, wardrobes, kitchens, cabinets, wall cladding, and custom joinery.

* Ability to read, understand, and execute shop drawings accurately.

* Capable of leading, training, and working directly with carpenters to complete production.

* Good knowledge of woodworking machinery and joinery production processes.

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
