Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman to oversee and manage joinery and carpentry operations in both our workshop and project sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wood joinery, furniture installation, and interior fit-out projects, with the ability to lead teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Important: Please do not apply if you do not have at least 3–5 years of UAE joinery foreman experience or if you have not previously worked as a Joinery Foreman. Applications that do not meet these minimum requirements will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily joinery, carpentry, and installation activities at the workshop and project sites.

Read, interpret, and execute technical drawings, shop drawings, and design specifications accurately.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Lead and supervise carpenters, installers, and helpers to achieve project objectives.

Ensure all joinery works meet company quality standards and client specifications.

Plan work schedules and allocate manpower effectively to meet project deadlines.

Monitor material consumption and ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Identify and resolve technical or installation issues promptly.

Report daily progress, material requirements, and manpower status to project management.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Joinery Foreman in interior fit-out or joinery projects.

Strong knowledge of wood joinery, cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, and installation techniques.

Proficient in reading and interpreting joinery shop drawings and technical plans.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Good understanding of project scheduling, quality control, and site coordination.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines.

Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.

UAE driving license is an advantage.
