Join our team and lead site operations to deliver high-quality joinery and fit-out works with precision and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and manage joinery works at siteCoordinate with project managers, engineers \& site teams
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specificationsMonitor manpower, productivity, and daily progress
Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions
Ensure quality control and finishing standardsMaintain safety standards and site discipline
Handle site issues and report progress to managementEnsure timely completion of joinery activities
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3–5 years experience in joinery / fit-out (UAE preferred)
Strong knowledge of joinery works, furniture \& materialsAbility to read and understand technical drawings
Experience in handling carpenters and site teams
Good leadership and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of site measurements and installation methods
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Basic communication skills (English required)
