Project Manager - Joinery & Fit-out

Creative Style W.L.L. is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of bespoke furniture, joinery, and interior fit-out projects from award to final handover. The role requires strong coordination between clients, consultants, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple furniture and interior fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and progress against timelines.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and project specifications.
• Coordinate production schedules with factory operations.
• Supervise site installation activities and ensure quality workmanship.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Manage variation orders, project documentation, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Conduct project inspections, snagging, and final handover.
• Resolve project issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction.
• GCC experience is preferred.
