Carpenter Foreman

Job Title: Carpenter Foreman Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Total Homeworx

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead our carpentry team on residential and commercial fit-out and renovation projects across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily carpentry works on-site
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion
• Read and interpret drawings and work instructions
• Manage materials, tools, and team productivity
• Maintain safety standards on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry, preferably in fit-out or construction
• Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory role
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in villa, residential, or commercial projects preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
